Cette annonce était une fraude. Je me suis retrouvé apres un vol en retard de 3h a Cartagena. Nous sommes arrives a la dite appartement Palmetto a 9h00pm pour me faire dire que l'annonce était une fraude et qu'il ny avait aucune reservation a mon nom ni au nom de l'hote qui lui meme etait inconnu des gestionnaires de l'immeuble.

Sur l annonce il est écrit 2 chambres or lorsqu on paie, il n apparaît qu une seule chambre. Réservation faite le jour même de notre arrivée : argent retiré immédiatement or pas de numéro d appartement donc pas d appartement. Sans forfait international, impossible de joindre hotel.com.
