This is a vacation apartment aimed at Colombians. It was clean but lacking a lot of amenities Americans are use to, like hot water. (You really get used to the lukewarm tap water in the shower fairly soon.) It is close to the beach and local restaurants. A taxi ride from the Walled City. The view is ok and the pool was small but fine with smaller pools for kids. You are paying US rates for a Colombian apartment.
