Hotel não existe-golpe

O hotel não é existe, é um golpe. Chegamos de noite com malas e buscamos por horas o hotel, tivemos um imenso prejuízo buscando outro hotel, uma vez que era véspera de ano novo. Voltamos cedo no dia seguinte para buscar novamente o local e fomos informados pela moradora da casa indicada que inúmeros viajantes buscaram o local. Extremamente decepcionada com a hotéis.com por não fazer uma avaliação mínima de que o local realmente existia. Foi uma péssima experiência que poderia ter sido evitada se o portal tivesse o mínimo de critério ao aceitar hospedagens. Nem mesmo o telefone indicado no contato é real, liguei e mandei inúmeras mensagens, sem sucesso. O mínimo que podem fazer nesse momento é retirar essa hospedagem do site, para que mais pessoas não sejam enganadas como nós fomos. Um outro ponto que deve ser melhorado com urgência é a possibilidade de contato com o hotéis.com, uma vez que estando em outro país e com outro fuso horário, não é possível entrar em contato por um telefone de sac com horário limitado de atendimento. Pior experiência possível.

Realmente es un fraude, no tienen atención al huésped, la ubicación no es la correcta, no son apartamentos, no contestan el teléfono, te dicen mentiras, y al final te cancelan la reserva
