El edificio Portofino esta localizado en el mejor sector de Bocagrande al lado del Hotel Decameron. Al cruzar la calle se encuentra la playa y una preciosa vista al mar y hacia la ciudad amurallada.
El apartamento dispone de 2 alcobas, 2 baños completos, ropa de cama, toallas para uso interno dentro del apto, jabón de baño, 2 TV de pantalla plana con canales por cable, Wi-Fi, cocina totalmente equipada y balcón con vistas al mar.
Durante su estancia en el apartamento, los huéspedes pueden disfrutar en el piso 17 de piscina adultos, piscina niños, sauna, jacuzzi, salón social, baños, vestiers y una vista espectacular 360 grados sobre Cartagena.
Gracias a su ubicación el apto ha recibido las más altas calificaciones ya que cerca hay minimercados, supermercados, farmacias, cajeros electrónicos, bancos, restaurantes, centros comerciales.
El edificio se encuentra a 20 minutos de el aeropuerto (Aeropuerto Internacional Rafael Núñez), a 5 minutos de la ciudad amurallada y a 5 minutos del muelle Los Pegasos de donde salen las embarcaciones hacia las islas del Rosario y otras islas.
También se dispone de parqueadero gratis dentro del edificio (solicitarlo con anticipación a su llegada).
El edificio dispone de recepción y vigilancia las 24 horas.
Al llegar el huésped titular se debe registrar y presentar una identificación con foto. Ciudadanos extranjeros deben presentar obligatorio pasaporte vigente.
