Beautiful house with a pool in the historic center of Cartagena, right next to Plaza San Diego. Ideal for families looking to enjoy the pool, ample space for gatherings with relatives, and 3 large bedrooms (2 are internally connected). It's surrounded by the neighborhood's best restaurants and just 50 meters away from the area's finest hotels.
*We have a staff member who takes care of the property and guests, but sleeps in his own room within the premises. He is outside during the day for guests' privacy and only enters with guests' permission.
The property features 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. However, please note that two of the bedrooms are connected by a staircase, which makes them not completely independent. There are TVs in 2 of the bedrooms, a central pool, a kitchen, and a living room for guests to share.
Rules:
No parties allowed.
No smoking inside the rooms.
No sexual tourism or drugs allowed in the property.
Unauthorized guests are not allowed to stay on the property.
No loud music after 7:00 p.m.
Children must be supervised by an adult.
No removal of any property items belonging to the property.
