A few minutes by taxi from the Historic Center. Beautiful and modern apartment, it has all the necessary amenities for you to have an unforgettable stay. Enjoy the spectacular panoramic view that this apartment offers you and all the comforts of this condominium. The beach is in front of the building! Full kitchen, dining room and living room with air conditioning, television and double sofa bed. Spectacular balcony with an outdoor room where you can enjoy a coffee, breakfast or watch a beautiful sunset. Master bedroom with air conditioning, extra double bed (1.80m), television, full bathroom, closet and access to the balcony. Room 2: air conditioning, extra double bed (1.80m), two armchairs, access to the balcony, full bathroom and closet. Room 3: air conditioning, 2 single beds (one of these beds is a trundle bed, that is, a bed can be removed from the bottom for 3 people in total), full bathroom and closet.
