Security and front desk is very good, friendly and helpful. Location is good, although the property is known to flood during rainy periods. Various restaurants nearby.

Ok but. . .

The property was located close to beach. The unit was a nice size but the cleanliness could have been better. The couch cushions were very stained. The washer and dryer looked like it was from a heavily used laudromat. Some basics supplies were missing but were provided immediately upon notifying the property manager on site.
