Beautiful two-bedroom attic with spacious terraces, barbecue and air conditioning in Cala Flores, in the Cala Azul urbanisation.



The apartment is fully equipped, a spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace with barbecue from which a large solarium is accessed with beautiful panoramic views. It has two bedrooms, both with beautiful views, spacious wardrobes and cold/hot air conditioning units and a bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen, connected to the living room by a window, has a space with gallery for the washing machine.

LOCATION:



The urbanisation, Cala Azul, has a beautiful communal swimming pool and is a step away from the SPAR supermarket, where there are bars, restaurants, shops.



The peculiarity of Cala Flores is that it has a large number of small coves, such as Cala Reona, Cala del Descargador (the closest to the apartment), Cala Dorada...

The Levante beach (Cabo de Palos) is 15 minutes walking.

Less than 10 minutes walking, in the Las Dunas area in Cabo de Palos, there is a large market on Sunday mornings.



We offer the flexible rate option, for a 10% supplement with the possibility of cancellation up to 5 days before arrival, rate available from September to June, both included.
