This beautiful 17th century house, whose history merges with that of the city. was acquired by the current family over 70 years ago. It has recently been carefully restored by one of the most famous architects in Cartagena, who was keen to preserve its original colonial architecture, emblematic of the place. An exception in the neighborhood. From its vast entrance porch to the typical patio, passing by the impressive height living room and its amazing underground water tank, it offers a journey through time, and an appreciable calm to rest from the outside bustle. Located in the heart of the sought after area of Getsemani, in one of the most pleasant and safe streets of it, it has 5 bedrooms with bathroom and air conditioning, wifi and a terrace on the 2nd floor, with unique panoramic view of the city. Its owners are happy to make it available to guests wishing to discover Colombia in general, Cartagena in particular, in a setting in harmony with the history of the city.
Espiritu Santo Street is one of the most beautiful and quiet streets in the area, as well as welcoming restaurants and bars. It is a stone's throw from the beautiful Place de la Trinidad, the heart of Getsemani. The historic center is a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest beaches are just 10 minutes away by taxi. These, numerous and safe, take you there for around 2 €.

Cute Villa. Loved Our Stay.

Everything about this spot was perfect for our stay. From arriving/checking in to departing after the house attendant called our taxi and wheeled our bags down the street with us. Great for if you plan to be out and about most of the trip. A place for basic vacation needs like sleeping, eating, and getting ready. Staff was amazing.
