Perfect location, walking distance to all the popular sites, and very nice staff. However, there is no airport shuttle as advertised, no local maps available, and the room has no place to put your luggage except on the floor. A table or luggage rack would be a great improvement.

It isn’t in a great location and you can hear car horns and activity all night long. It’s a convenient location to get around the walled city but not if you want quiet or to sleep. We also tried contacting the hotel to adjust our reservation starting a week before our arrival and after 5 attempts with no response we gave up.

Overall a good stay in a refurbished hotel with pool and breakfast included. A few finishing touches would make it 5/5. Right by the head of the bed were sharp wardrobe corners. I was disappointed there was no hairdryer or shelf in bathroom, nor was there a safe. Very good value for money overall, great location, fairly quiet, clean, great bed and bedding and good shower. One window had no cover so we were woken early. The bathroom door doesn't stay closed!

Casa Emma was clean and cozy. The staff was so wonderful, especially Jesus! He was very helpful and friendly. Make sure to bring your own toiletries as the options are limited but they offer free coffee and a fruit plate. The beds are comfortable and the pool, although small, is nice and clean. Great place for the cost!

The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. There's a trick to the hot water in the shower so just ask when checking in. Staff are great and try their best to communicate in english if your spanish is poor. Air conditioning works great. There is no elevator here so if you need assistance I would suggest a main floor request. This property is not wheelchair accessible. The walkability rating is an 8, you can get just about anywhere within 10 mins. I enjoyed my stay and would repeat.

Poor staff support. Bed linen unchanged during a 6 day stay. Bedcover stretched over dishevelled sheets is not a makeover. No glass in bathroom for daily medication; removed daily necessitating going downstairs to request from kitchen! Glass holder in shower but no glass; No shelf in shower for toiletries. Coffee served at breakfast first day thereafter told to fetch it ourselves from a dispenser at opposite end of hotel! Ran out of fresh varietal fruit one morning. Room needs a deep clean.
