Hotel is beautiful, the rooms are small but lovely. Clean and cool temperatures I slept so well each night. The staff are absolutely amazing wonderful people, every single one of them were super kind and attentive. The location is perfect and I found the area very safe.

Delightful place indeed. Took points off for the missing bath towels and bottle water. You don't want to walk up 3 stories to find the promised water bottles missing. The hotel was very nice though. The mattress was cloud like and the sheets were amazingly comfortable. I waked up twice and thought about the sheets being so comfy 😆 and fell asleep again immediately.

What a wonderful place is close to everything, the staff is super warm and friendly. But the best part is the food go eat at the restaurant La Candelaria we went the first times to some of the renowned restaurants of Cartagena and yes they were good but La Candelaria is Excellent you will love every single bite plus you will have true Colombian cuisine

The pool was amazing, but the rooftop hottub was not hot, it was just another small pool. the Staff was amazing and took care of us from the start :). the breakfast was basic but good enough for being included. I would recommend for the aesthetics more than anything, I wasnt a fan of the room floorplan.
