Location is good however our sink in room 402 was leaking after 4 reports and fixes it still leaked. No elevator and 4th floor walkup. Cooler in the room also did not worked and never got fixed or replaced. On last day we did not have a water either. For 4 star hotel, there are too many problems.

This Charming Boutique Hotel was the perfect oasis for our stay. The vibes were immaculate! The staff is sweet and accommodating. The main floor pool is delicious as well as the rooftop pool and terrace. The hotel's bar and restaurant was just perfect, breakfast as superb and yummy. I don't have enough synonym's to describe how cute and perfect everything was.

Excellent hotel, the price is reasonable, rooms are clean and a little bit small but you can’t get better considering you’re in the walled city . Shopping and restaurants around in walking distance. Breakfast is decent , the food in the restaurant hotel has nothing special. Do not expect good amenities at the hotel , pool on first floor is more decorative and upstairs is small . The best thing about this hotel is THE STAFF and Location. Btw the plush teddy bear they put in your bed is not a gift . They charged me after my kids took it 150.000 cop each ( we thought was a gift as in others hotels and also didn’t have a tag or sign with the price )

Comfortable, clean bed and spacious room overall. However, the shower was little clogged. Something for maintenance to keep an eye. I also had to request the safe box as it was missing in the room when we checked in, but it was provided accordingly.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Loved how welcoming the staff is as well. Only possible downside is how much of the outside you can hear from inside your room. It can feel like you’re sleeping in the lobby. Otherwise, loved everything else. Great area, great people, fantastic stay.

The rooms and hotel was very clean and beautiful , the staff friendly and helpful, food in the restaurant was tasty. Only downside was the jacuzzi was not clean or working and did not locate the sauna.

La Factoria was a beautiful and romantic boutique hotel in the heart of exciting old Cartagena in the walled how you doing city! Tons of bars and restaurants and shops within walking distance. Staff was amazing and truly extraordinary across the board. Would highly recommend staying at this wonderful spot!
