We loved our stay here! The staff was wonderful! Our room was clean and nice sized. The included breakfast every morning had a great selection including made to order eggs or omelets. And the location was perfect, right within the hotel walled city. We were able to walk all around to many great restaurants and lots of great shopping! The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. 2 small pools which were great for cooling off in. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Cartagena’s Best Hotel

My absolute favorite hotel to stay in Cartagena, or anywhere! This place has it all: 2 pools, delicious breakfast, fabulous architecture, squeaky clean, excellent location. Pero, what makes it the BEST is the wonderful staff that always make me feel like family. They are the real reason I enjoy my stays there, and they are the reason I will continue to come back “home” to La Factoría.
So charming!

This hotel was perfect for a girls weekend. My friend and I stayed here for three nights. Everything was super clean comfortable and just amazing. The breakfast in the morning was phenomenal. The service from the staff was also great. Highly recommend this hotel and the area that it was in.

Location is good however our sink in room 402 was leaking after 4 reports and fixes it still leaked. No elevator and 4th floor walkup. Cooler in the room also did not worked and never got fixed or replaced. On last day we did not have a water either. For 4 star hotel, there are too many problems.

This Charming Boutique Hotel was the perfect oasis for our stay. The vibes were immaculate! The staff is sweet and accommodating. The main floor pool is delicious as well as the rooftop pool and terrace. The hotel's bar and restaurant was just perfect, breakfast as superb and yummy. I don't have enough synonym's to describe how cute and perfect everything was.

Excellent hotel, the price is reasonable, rooms are clean and a little bit small but you can’t get better considering you’re in the walled city . Shopping and restaurants around in walking distance. Breakfast is decent , the food in the restaurant hotel has nothing special. Do not expect good amenities at the hotel , pool on first floor is more decorative and upstairs is small . The best thing about this hotel is THE STAFF and Location. Btw the plush teddy bear they put in your bed is not a gift . They charged me after my kids took it 150.000 cop each ( we thought was a gift as in others hotels and also didn’t have a tag or sign with the price )
