This villa is a superb example of a traditional style Spanish villa recently updated with modern kitchen and comfortable furniture.

This two bedroom El Rancho property accessed from a few steps from the adjacent parking area. The villa over looks one of the nine community swimming pools. There are two floors to the property with a roof terrace and two additional sun terraces. There is direct access to the pool from the downstairs patio doors. Stepping up from the entrance area the main floor consists of a spacious lounge/dining area which opens out to a BBQ terrace. There are stairs to access the rooftop solarium. There are stunning sea views from both terraces. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen including additional luxuries such as a Nespresso coffee machine. A double sofa bed in the lounge offers additional additional accommodation for two if required. Downstairs the accommodation comprises master bedroom with en suite bathroom, 2nd twin bedroom, family shower room.

Air con and fans throughout the property. Air con can be used as heating in the winter months if required.

The property has full access to club TV with a number of UK television channels. There is reliable free fibre optic WiFi. Bluetooth speakers and Amazon fire stick are also provided. The property is ideal for a family holiday or for sporting enthusiasts wishing to take advantage of the many facilities that La Manga Club and the surrounding area has to offer.

El Rancho Community: The El Rancho Community comprises 150 properties of varying sizes and styles. There is no property more than a few steps away from one of the 9 community pools and El Rancho is only a few minutes walk from the nearest cafe/bar/restaurant area.

La Manga Club Resort: La Manga Club is, without question, one of the worlds leading Sport and Leisure Resorts. It is located within 1400 acres tucked into the Murcian hillside overlooking the clear waters of the Mar Menor. There are a variety of flights that can be taken from all major European airports to Murcia Corvera (25 minutes from the Resort) or Alicante (approx 1 hour away), To take full advantage of what the area has to offer we recommend car hire.
