The apartment is a ground floor that has a spacious terrace, perfect for relaxing, eating or dining, a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles, and a bathroom with a shower.



The apartment has ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms, as well as heating, the kitchen is fully equipped and has a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a small stove.



The urbanization has a shower area, perfect for getting home clean after the beach, and parking, although spaces are not assigned, so parking availability is not guaranteed.

Located in the Plaza Bohemia area, both the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor are within easy reach.

It is also an entertainment area with plenty of restaurants, shops, or parks.



We offer the option of a flexible rate, for a 10% supplement possibility of cancellation up to 5 days before arrival, rate available from September to June, both included. Dogs are allowed with prior notice (25€ extra per stay).

Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.

For arrivals between 9pm and 12am, confirmation is necessary before booking and incur an extra fee of 30€.
