Hotel Casa La Fe is incredible. The room was clean, comfortable and very well organized. The staff is incredible. It started with the hotel reaching out to me a day before my arrival asking how they can help - expected arrival time, activities that I was interested in, and any other help needed. We arrived early and they stored our luggage and sent a text when the room was ready hours before the normal check-in time.

Perfect stay in old Cartagena

What a special hotel. Our loft room with balcony was comfortable and super-cute. The daily breakfast was great. The rooftop terrace, bar, and tiny pool was a great way to end the day. The staff helped us find a driver to take us on an excursion to Baru. All around A++.

Great place in the center of the old town

The hotel is beautifully restored to maintain the look of its original construction. The room we booked was a mix of modern and classic designed. The staff is amazing and helped us get to know the city with amazing service throughout our stay.

Great location opposite a square. Don't worry about any potential noise as the windows are double glassed ( we stated in the front suites with balconies). Staff friendly. Bed comfy Great location. Good options at breakfast. Negatives were Limited hot water..had to keep tap running for many minutes sometimes to get hot water Internet wifi was patchy. Towels we left on the floor to be replaced were simply rehung and not swapped out

The staff were wonderful, even booking dinner reservations for us. When I fell ill our maid brought me tea and checked on me. The breakfast was extensive and good. When we went on an early tour, they ensured we had a breakfast to take with us. The only thing that is a bit of a problem is the lack of elevator. It can be a long climb to the top floor.

We absolutely loved our stay here, the staff was extremely kind and Dennis at the front desk helped us so much with finding the right tours and tips on where to go. I wanted to surprise my wife with a bouquet of lilies and a bit of romance and they had the room set up with an absolutely gorgeous bouquet, champagne and fancy chocolates. I definitely recommend spending the little bit extra to get a room with a balcony, it truly completed our experience to perfection. After spending a day walking around or coming back from a tour it's the perfect way to end the night and watch as the city buzzes around you. Thank you for making this an unforgettable experience!

Great hotel in a great location

If you want to stay in the old town this location can’t be beat! The hotel is very cute - the front desk staff are very helpful, the rooms are small but cute and comfy, the rooftop is small but also nice (and we got great dinner recommendations from the bar tender!). The complimentary breakfast is delicious and seemed to really be an authentic local menu for the most part. The only thing we didn’t love was our room specifically only had a big window that looked out onto the hallway outside so we didn’t feel comfortable keeping our curtain open for natural light

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Casa La Fe in Cartagena, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the charm and warmth of this boutique hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—just steps away from the vibrant streets of the old town, you can walk anywhere at anytime of day or night! A special thanks to **Dennis** for his incredible service. He made sure the checking in was smooth and messaged us a week before to discuss our arrival. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and provided great recommendations for local attractions. I also want to thank Vladimir and the kitchen staff who were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. The breakfast each morning was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and diverse. If you're planning a trip to Cartagena for 2/3 days, Hotel Casa La Fe is the perfect place to stay. It combines perfect location, outstanding hospitality, and exceptional service. I can’t wait to return!

Really beautiful hotel.

This hotel was almost a perfect stay. The service was impeccable! Shout out to all the housekeepers and the breakfast servers, specifically Dina. They were all super sweet, but she made it special for us whenever we ate breakfast and she answered all our questions. The only issue of this stay was the pool bar unexpectedly closing early on Sunday. It was about 7 when we went and the signs posted said closing was at 9. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious (their daily juices are to die for omg), and all the staff was fantastic.
