The service was very professional and polite. The hotel has an excellent location if the Laguito neighborhood is what you are looking for. We were meeting with friends staying across the street at the Hilton but didn't want to spend $400 per night. The hotel was clean, but somewhat dated. The air conditioner in the room worked but it was rather noisy, like the fan bearings needed replaced. There is a mini bar, but around the corner there is a carry out. Breakfast was rather spartan, but adequate. Eggs, soup, cheap ham and sandwich cheese, a few fruits, and cereal. I would stay here again, and it's good for the price but it isn't anything spectacular.

The beach was across the street but the beach was dirty and smelled like urine You have to walk further down for better restaurants and beach The room was spacious and AC was good The breakfast was fair but the juice and coffee was watery

Amazing service

All front desk staff are fluent in English, are very warm and friendly and eager to help. Elkin was amazing and helped me quite a bit. Breakfast was a great, fruits were amazing. Pool is very small and the area around the hotel is very noisy, so no chance of afternoon nap. The noise dies down after 10 :00pm, so you can get a good night sleep.

Average hotel, only gives you the essential things

It's a average hotel, only given you the essential things. The pool is basically a tub, The breakfast is very simple, The room isn't a modern one, In the shower sometimes you have a current and hot water, and sometimes you don't. And the worst thing is that they charge you a 75000 COP for a guest !!! On the other hand, It's close to the beach, The stuff are friendly and polite, some of them knows English. And u don't need a key card to turn on the electricity in the room. For my opinion, I would recommend to go to a different hotel... Like the holiday inn Express or the Hamptons. They are much much better !!! And they charge not a lot more per day.

They stole 2 shirts out of my closet. Welcome to Colombia. They also want you to register your PC brand and serial number when you check in. Think they might have a problem there?

I made a reservation for my dad, he was at the hotel for 5 days, very satisfied. According to him, the hotel is well located, it is clean, the staff is very friendly and the food is good and sufieciente. My evaluation regarding the relation price quality is positive. Definitely the hotel is a good option in the mid-range of the Cartagena offer. One complaint: They did not want to issue me a formal receipt for the VAT payment. Why? Obviously that's not right. Why? Unfortunately, the reason lies in the mentality of Colombians. The adminsitracion should think that "it is not enough to be honest you have to look like it too" Sad.

Stayed here Feb 17-23. Hotel is near beach and on Hop On/Hop Off bus route. Room was clean, comfortable, and with great view of ocean and Isla Tierra Bomba. Booking included breakfast and a light dinner which were plain but adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Elkin, Oswaldo, and Joselyn who were very patient with this couple of non-Spanish speaking clients! It was a very good place to end our very enjoyable trip to Colombia!

Not a really good hotel

Horrible when I got there the elevator of the tow it was not working and then when I went to take a shower the water pump broke so there was no water out for like half a day and then the AC was not working they told me the break was not working so somebody had to fix it really bad experience
