About Our Apartment - LP12:
The apartment is located in the community of Las Palmeras, La Manga Club Resort. It is a ground floor apartment, with ample and free same level parking right at the front door. In the spring of 2020, the apartment was refurbished top-to-bottom, offering an elegant and luxurious home-from-home experience in the surroundings of a 5 Star luxury resort. All rooms are beautifully appointed, and come complete with every amenity needed to ensure a luxurious, comfortable, relaxed and wholly enjoyable experience. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, both of which can be set-up as either Double or Twin, making it ideal for two couples or parents with kids… or four individuals if your are not shy! There are two large/spacious bathrooms, one ensuite to a bedroom and one family bathroom, each with both shower and bath. The main living area consists of a beautifully appointed & spacious open-plan lounge/relaxation area c/w large screen smart TV, comfy sofas and seating, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a small office area. Large sliding doors open up to a generously sized private balcony c/w cozy seating area, outside dining space and an in-built BBQ. The apartment has lots of storage throughout, with more than ample wardrobes, drawer sets and cupboards for all your needs.
The apartment has air conditioning throughout, both for cooling and heating, and a working open fireplace if you are felling romantic, thus offering year round access for the summer sun lover, or the sportsperson wishing to avail of the cooler autumn/winter months. With WIFI, High-Speed Broadband, Smart TV (Netflix & Amazon Prime etc) and more TV channels than time to watch (UK, Irish, Scandinavian etc), all your technology, leisure and business needs are catered for..
The large and fully equipped (sun loungers etc) private communal pool is but 1 min. walk away. Surrounded by manicured gardens and backing on to Par 47 pitch & putt course, it is for the exclusive use of the residents of the Las Palmeras community. As the apartment also comes with Sports Rights, residents can avail of sports discounts e.g Golf, Tennis and some of the various other sports on offer.
