Beautiful resort, great apartment, great facilities
Los Olivos is a beautiful part of the resort, conveniently located with good proximity to the indoor pool and a small outdoor pool. It is also a short distance from the bars and eateries, including Bellaluz square.
Apartment 12C is spacious, with a good-size living room area and fully equipped kitchen. Best of all is the fabulous large balcony area with outstanding views. This area also has retractable awnings which provide some welcome shade.
There are two bathrooms - the en-suite within the master bedroom (large dual-sink and walk in shower cubicle) and a good size one (with shower-above-bath, and single sink) in between the two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have good amounts of storage and a very good condition iron and board were also available.
Cleaning staff came to service the apartment mid week and replaced the bedding and towels - this was very much appreciated.
Those with mobility problems may not appreciate the hill from the main road to apartment 12C, although this is fairly representative of the layout of the entire site of course and so in those circumstances I would recommend a hire car to get around. The on site supermarket is well stocked, with just about everything you could need (no UK brand tea bags were available, but the ‘classic’ Spanish brand did the job!). All in all the resort is just 45 mins from Murcia airport so very convenient.
