This is a spacious villa-styled apartment. It is located within La Manga Club Resort. In the property there are two en suite bedrooms and one bedroom with a private bathroom.
The apartment is situated in the beautiful and quiet Las Palmeras community of only 30 linked apartments with a large shared swimming pool for the exclusive use of owners and guests.
There is free fiber optic Wi-Fi and a new air conditioning/heating system. You can have your meal on a private terrace with stunning view overlooking palm trees, the Par 47 Golf course and Mar Menor. The second private terrace located upstairs is equipped with sunbeds. The kitchen is fully equipped. TV and DVD player are also available. In every bedroom there are window shutters.
It is possible to hire an infant pack: cot, highchair and stair gate.
The apartment is suitable for elderly people as there are only 2 steps inside and 4 steps outside leading from the parking to the property. Parking is situated just outside the property. However the swimming is downstairs.

It is possible to go horse riding in nearby in Los Belones. Go-Carts are within 10-minute drive from the Club. You can also enjoy one of the best kitesurfing spots in Europe - Mar Menor is within 15 minutes driving distance.
Restaurants, cafes and bars are within short walking distance. La Manga Clubs offers also a private beach that is within 25mintes walking distance. You can also take a very short drive there.
