The apartment was great and cleaned proficiently. It's unfortunate that you are not allowed to have a any visitors or additional guest. Only those booked your reservation allowed and there was no work around. None of the gym equipment work no illiptical, no treadmill.No bicycle you only had access to the free weights.

While the views are pleasant, I am uncertain about revisiting the location. The absence of friends to visit or even host sleepovers makes it insufficient for tourists to create enjoyable and memorable experiences.

They do not let you bring in guests that were not accounted for when you booked in. So you can't meet anyone and bring them to your room or on the premises. Anyone and everyone that comes has to wear a plastic wrist ban that you can not take off at anytime, even to shower or else you will pay a fine. So its a very strict dorm style. Then there are cockroaches everywhere. Even though they come to take care of them, the roaches still fill your floors, bathroom, bedroom, living room, kitchen counters. They are everywhere. Amazing view and they where nice about letting me check in early. Other then that everything else was horrific.

The stay here was overall comfortable. The rooftop pool was under construction and the property did not communicate that until check-in. The rooftop pool was one of the main attractions especially when the heat is too unbearable at the beach. we also saw a few little critters despite how cleanly it looked.

The property is in a great location with shopping, restaurants, shopping, and beach all walking distance. Enjoyed the apartment with my family. Property management and building security was responsive to any inquiries we had. Only negative was that the washing machine was broken during our stay and access to the safe with direction was non-existent. However, overall, we enjoyed our stay. We will stay here again!

This property is equipped with your daily needs as if you were at home away from home. Easy check in and check out. Also there’s security 24/7 and it’s a very safe area. This property is very centric so everything is nearby and you can walk around to explore your surroundings. The apartment itself is super spacious and luxurious.
