New apartment with view to the ocean, just steps away from the beach to enjoy

New Apartment fully furnish with view to the ocean from the balcony and high speed internet. Two bedrooms and full bathrooms. The master room has its private bathroom, double bed, Tv, air conditioning, mirror and view to ocean. Second room has single bed that turns into double bed, air conditioning.
The living room has a sofa bed, table and TV. The kitchen it’s fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils and dining table to enjoy your food or cook great meals.
You will enjoy a view ti the ocean from the balcony or take a seat and enjoy a drink.
The building has a rooftop pool and social area where you can enjoy views to the ocean, the old town Cartagena. If you need to exercise, the building has a full equipped gym.
The apartment is located just 10-15 minutes from the airport and 10-15 minutes from old town Cartagena. Around the apartment building you will find pharmacies, restaurants, and bars.

Guests with confirmed reservations will be asked for their first and last names, and ID numbers (passport or citizenship card) so they can be registered at the building. They will be reminded of this information the day before if it has not been sent. On the day of check-in, instructions on how to enter the apartment, a Wi-Fi password, and other information related to the apartment and the building will be sent.

Guest changes are permitted, provided they are made the day before check-in and do not exceed the number of guests allowed in the apartment, and prior communication with the host is made (extra fee per additional guest per night will be charge) Guest changes are not permitted once the reservation has started.

Upon arrival at the building for check-in, registered guests must present their physical ID. Building management will provide a wristband which costs $20,000 Colombian pesos or $5.00 USD per person per stay. This additional cost is charged by the building management to cover taxes and tourist fees by the security managers. Vrbo cannot charge this as an additional cost, but it is covered by vrbo’s cost policy (which is why we try to offer reasonable nightly rates to our guests). The wristband is implemented by building policy to access the building, apartment, and common areas. The wristband must be worn throughout your stay, identifying you as a guest of the building and thus maintaining security in the building and its guests. At the front desk, you will be given a key card that will allow you to enter the apartment and controls the electrical system. The card was implemented to be eco-friendly with electricity. This key card must always be with the guest to enter the apartment. You can leave it at the front desk if multiple guest are staying and some come early. (We cannot provide multiple key cards) If lost, it will cost 100,000 Colombian pesos to replace it.

In addition, unfortunately, short-term visits to the apartment and common areas are not permitted due to building policy, with the exception of the lobby. Only people previously registered as guests and with their wristbands are allowed
