Great location, close to the beach. Great staff. Many restaurants close by. We didn’t like: The first night we arrived there was water in the bathroom floor right after we took a shower, we reported to the front lobby and they sent an employee to dry the floor and moved us to another room the next day. We did not like the breakfast. The rooms were too small.

Perfect hotel to stay in downtown Boca grande. The only thing I would probably change is the noise the cleaning staff makes on floor 6 the last room. I believe it’s close to the cleaning supplies storage so they tend to go in and out and make noise and you can hear it in the room. The staff in the concierge is soo nice and friendly. Always helping you and greeting you at the door.
