La experiencia inicialmente fue traumatica ya que a nuestra llegada nos informaron que el numero de apartamento no existia, debido a esto nos comunicamos con la agencia para asegurarnos de que no habia sido una estafa, nos contestaron, sin embargo las respuestas eran muy confusas ya que no nos informaban el numero de apartamento correcto ni la persona que nos iba a recibir. Posteriormente a las 11 am llego la persona que nos tenia que recibir (chek-in 3 pm), informandonos que la agencia no le habia confirmado la reserva y por tanto el apartamento lo habian arrendado a otras personas (tema de muy mal gusto). El señor Ignacio (encargado de la entrega) muy amablemente nos ubico en otro (muy pequeño y nada que ver con el de la reserva), pero pudimos estar tranquilas en cuanto a que no nos habian estafado. Por ultimo el señor Ignacio nos entrego el apartamento de la reserva al dia siguiente, se porto muy bien con nosotras y nos colaboro en absolutamente todo, haciendo nuestra experiencia un poco mas satisfactoria.
