Amazing view, more than a hotel is an apartment, just be aware of your Expedia messages because you will have instructions to check inn, and if you’re traveling from other countries like I did, make sure you got internet access on your phone, that way you can complete the check inn process at the property

Disliked: Cleanliness
Not impressed! Feeling so mislead by the reviews of this place. Pros: - communication with Pedro was excellent. - Pool is nice but, no umbrellas so shade is very limited. Cons: - Majority of staff was rude & seemed like they couldn’t care less. - You have to pay to use the gym (20,000 pesos per use) - The apartment was not clean, other people’s hair everywhere. The kitchen was minimally stocked with cook wear, most of which had residual grease & required washing. Coffee was provided, however, the coffee maker was broken. - Nearly 2 full days with no WiFi. We were on the 36th floor so data connectivity was really spotty. - No private beach access, you have to walk off to the side and are immediately harassed by people trying to sell you things and not taking no for an answer. We don’t suggest staying at this place!
