Absolutely recommended. We stay with kids and elders and everyone was very happy. We would like to return again. Only recommendation is to have a protective layer for the jacuzzi. Since local fauna coulf access it and is not very clean

Truly amazing a gem penthouse, we would comeback to same property, a 360 view of city, oceanfront, walk to the beach, we enjoy every moment. Great amenities if you like the indoor. Walk to shopping, restaurants. Courteous staff, felt like 5 start hotel.

Excellent location in Bocagrade right on the beach. Penthouse unit has a phenomenal view of oceanfront and city. Furniture is modern and good quality but they need a touch up as they are showing signs of use with chipped paint and faded color that a simple resurfacing would fix and not to be expected in a high end unit like this. Jacuzzi was broken and did not work per instructions we tried everything according to instructions. We stayed 3 nights but cleaners came in only one day and only cleaned kitchen not bedrooms. Instructions clearly said visitors were allowed after hours with identification but our Venezuelan friend who had her passport but no Colombian legal residence papers was not allowed to our unit. This was embarrassing and security told us this was an additional requirement of this building and not followed by any of the other ones in the area. This additional requirement was not clearly stated in instructions that said Visitors allowed after hours with identification. If we knew this requirement we wouldn’t have booked this unit. There are 3 other Palmetto Beach apartment buildings nearby GPS does not work well here to take you the exact building so we and visitors had a hard time finding this unit. As the building is on CRA1 with lots of similar buildings and the entry is a quick turn from the busy highway into the parking area, this building is easy to miss causing you to u turn back further down if you realize that you missed the building if you are driving.
