This south facing modern and very stylish three-bedroom ground floor apartment is situated in Mar de Cristal. It features a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with sliding doors that open out onto the outside patio space, that over looks the large communal pool and beyond to views of the mountains in the distance.The apartment is self is beautifully decorated; the large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar has everything that you would need for your holiday stay. This then opens out onto the living and dining room areas which are both stylish and cosy. Large patio doors lead you to the outside space, where there is a dining table and chairs and a lounge area that is the perfect place sit and to relax. The apartment is directly opposite the picturesque heated swimming pool area, which is just a few meters away and has steps down to a shallow end for children and a deeper area for swimming. This communal space offers ample room for sunbathing on the artificial grass. The main bedroom is modern and light and boasts a super king-size bed with a cleverly concealed en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is just as stylish, with lots of wardrobe space and offers a double bed. The third bedroom has been designed to look like an extra living area with a desk and chair which can be used for remote working.
