The manager has no remorse. Almost got robbed getting there, we booked for a week. Got no answer when arriving, got no information on how to get to the hotel instead we got followed and harassed so we had to leave. Finally by the 3rd day the reach out so we decided to give it a try but still! The manager didn’t care to comply all he said was “you should have called me” I have proof of calls emails etc. Get your management team fixed and let guest know how to arrive without being harassed

The two men that run the place are the best! So nice and helpful . Gave us late breakfast because we sleep in. The Best arepas in Cartagena !! Small, quaint, need bug spray and water shoes. Beach lovely . Area shuts down pretty early so make sure you stock up on drinks and food. I asked for an extra fan they gave us one . Asked for a bottle of my preferred liquor they brought me one. I asked for help with my luggage they found someone. Take a boat there and back I do not suggest driving because the parking lot and the walk there is a struggle. I would go back . I paid for a massage the ladies walk right up to you. There is a lot of vendors but when you say no they go away it's not that big of a deal.

Nous ne sommes jamais arrivés à l’hôtel Notre taxi a été pris d’assaut par des jeunes en moto qui voulait le stopper. Cela s’est produit au moment où nous avons quitté la route centrale pour emprunter un chemin non bétonné rejoignant la zone de la plage. Nous avons eu très peur!!!! Nous sommes retournés en arrière vers Carthagene. J’ai écris à l’hôtel et je n’ai reçu aucune réponse par rapport à notre inconvenue.
