First Place in Cartagena!

For my first time coming to Columbia, Cartagena this was definitely a good location to be in the mix of all the entertainment that the city has to offer. The actual apartment was really clean and well put together and the maid service was on par for each and everyday i was there at this location. The only issue i had at this location was that the Jacuzzi did not work properly with little direction of how to trouble shoot the issues. Once the hot water stopped working so did the AC for room which caused some uncomfortable nights but was fixed the next day by the manager there. Still amazing area to stay but would prefer these issues to be fixed prior to coming back. 4 out of 5 stars.

In the heart of the walled city

Pros: Walking distance to everything within the walled city. Hot water unlike other places. Hot tub in the room. Cons: Noisy at night

you can find much better for this price

Do not expect luxury here. Many things were broken and they repair only with glue. Toilet have been blocked for 12h, and they had to remove it to unbluck it. After fixing it back, soiled water was leaking on the bathroom floor. Had to call back for the plumber to fix it. Paper holder fell, towel holder fell, soap holder in the shower also fell on the floor. Coffee machine was not working, sheets were stained and had a bizarre smell. Internet (and TV) did not woork for 24h. They had to replace the mdem. The Tub was already filled upon arrival... with cold water ? For how long this water have been there ? There is no window at all. And absolutly now cabinets or shelves were to put your stuff. Even in the bathroom, nowhere to put your personal items. Location in very good if you look for action and going to nightclubs, central in the old town, bu surrounding area can be sketchy at night. Good to have security at the door.
