From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The staff at Voila Hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was beautifully appointed with luxurious linens and modern amenities. The hotel's restaurant served delicious food, and the rooftop bar offered stunning city views. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, like the complimentary welcome treats and the turndown service. We highly recommend Voila Hotel for a truly unforgettable stay.

Very nice hotel conveniently situated in the heart of “Cartagena de Indias.” The staff was amazing. The locations too. At night you can hear the music from adjacent bars however, they stop by like 2am. Other than that, very nice. I would definitely repeat!

Great location which could use some minor updates

The Voilá is an average hotel with an amazing location. The service from the front desk and bar was excellent. It is right in the center of the Cartagena action and gave us access to many restaurants and attractions. However, the room needs some re-vamping and updating. There were water spots in some parts of the walls. The noise from other rooms and the elevator was also a factor which reduced our comfort.

Short stay in Cartagena

Hotel was at a great location, room is large and in good shape. Staff everywhere were great. Elevator works very well for an old building. A few items: Cleaning is not thorough. Our safe didn’t work for the whole time and had to call them to manually open it on a daily basis. Breakfast is good but limited options and things mostly run out quick.

Friendly staff but the great power of this property it is the location. If you are looking for a wondelful experience and enjoy beautiful.night in cartagena this is the best place for sure. Everything is in a walking distance . nearby drugstores money exchange restaurants etc.
