Nestled in the peaceful hamlet of L'Hôpital, near the charming village of Eyrans, where you'll find a bakery, it offers a verdant setting with a park and garden at your disposal, where birdsong accompanies your moments of rest. Those who enjoy walks will appreciate the cycle path accessible 500 meters away, winding through woods, vineyards, and natural areas. Nearby, let yourself be captivated by the Gironde estuary and its cruises, the picturesque village of Bourg-sur-Gironde and its coastal road, or the Saint-Ciers-sur-Gironde bird sanctuary with its typical marshes dotted with fishing huts and restaurants. The cottage, located near the owners' house and another property, has its own private entrance to ensure your peace and quiet. Completely and tastefully renovated, it comprises a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a welcoming living room with a sitting area and sleeping area (double bed 160x200cm), a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a laundry area with a washing machine. It is equipped with electric heating, and bed linen, towels, and table linen are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available as an option. You will also have free Wi-Fi access.
