Its location in the hamlet of l'Hôpital, a few steps from the village of Eyrans, will allow you to benefit from a calm and pleasant environment. Cycling enthusiasts will find a cycle path 500 meters from the gîte that will take you to Blaye through the vineyards. Carefully renovated, the house is composed on the ground floor of an entrance hall, a main room with a fitted kitchen, dining room and living room, a beautiful shower room with toilet included.
