POOL 🏊‍♀️ is Private to guests due to Covid outbreak; when you’re inside, we won’t get in and Vice versa (thank you).

Quaint, newly renovated Island themed decor. New furnishings; sleeps 4 adults. One queen bed in master, 2 twin trundle beds in 2nd bedroom (ideal for children) and full sized cozy sofa sleeper in living room that can sleep 2 medium adults.

PLEASE READ!!!!

1. Check for accurate key code just prior (one hour) to check-in time which is 4p.; Check out is 11a

2. QUIET TIME AFTER 10pm (No loud noises in or outside). Very quiet neighborhood

3. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES (won’t want to but will ask guest to leave)

4. Please NO VISITORS

5. We don’t allow 3rd PARTY BOOKINGS

6. Early check-in (if possible) $30.00

7. Extra person after 4th is $40 per person per night for a max of 6 ppl.

8. CURBSIDE parking just off quiet Cul-de-sac, directly in front of house

9. Security cameras outside ONLY (including garage area); no cameras indoors or in private areas outside

10. Pool closed winters (around Oct); reopens in mid April; Pool hours: 7a - 9p

11. Hot Tub opens from in August until April (please use at your own risk)

12. DO NOT USE white towels/wash clothes to remove make-up. You will be responsible for replacing them.

13. If your stay extends to or beyond 7 days, we will need an exchange of linens (trade dirty for clean)

14. Because we live upstairs you may hear movement and / or our TV even though we do make every effort to be very mindful of guests downstairs

15. We currently control the temp. Please let us know if adjustments are needed; Space heaters and ceiling fans in space

16. Dehumidifier is in space during the summer months. ALERT - The water could possibly need to be emptied daily (beeps when full). If you do not wish to empty frequently please turn it off but beware it will become pretty humid and warm.

17. Please turn off lights and TV whenever leaving the unit or if not in use

18. Please do not eat in bedrooms.
** Had to get a new sofa. It is grey. Planning on changing decor one piece at a time before getting professional photography. Thank you for understanding

NOTE: We welcome long term stays but beyond 28 days must reach out to us for approval. Should we accept a long term stay, we will need access to the space regularly (once every 2 to 3 weeks) to inspect / exterminate. If the space is not being maintained we could possibly terminate the stay.

TRAVELING NURSES ARE WELCOMED with proof of status.
