This semi-detached house is situated in a picturesque hilly location in the heart of the Marche region, just 12 km from the Adriatic coast.

The house is cozy and exudes a warm, feel-good atmosphere with its heavy wooden ceilings. Relax here after your activities and cook your favorite dishes together. Enjoy the wonderful Italian weather by and in the large communal pool all day long and leave the worries of everyday life behind you.
A day at the beach on the Adriatic coast near Fano is definitely worthwhile, as is a trip to the Renaissance town of Urbino, which is well worth a visit. The Marche region is still an insider tip and will surprise you with its nature, culture and gastronomy.
