Convenient and safe location with access to the mall and lots of parking spaces. Staff was nice, room was clean, breakfast was good and shower was ok. Room lacked clothes iron and soap dish on the sink and had damage to the wall paper. Our room was close to the shopping parking lot that had a venue on the rooftop that hosted a party Friday and Saturday night. Music was very loud which made it impossible to sleep. Lots of very loud people on the hall checking out at 6 am on Saturday. Good hotel, but definitely not quiet.

O hotel é localizado dentro do shopping Caruaru, os quartos são equipados com o necessário, o colchão e os travesseiros não sãos tão confortáveis. No banheiro falta apoio para colocar os produtos de banho e não tem onde pendurar toalha de banho. O café da manhã é bem simples. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos.
