*Primary guests under 55 years old cannot be accepted as this is a 55+ community.
*Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
*Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
*Birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions and other events are not allowed.
*10pm-7am is "quiet time".
*Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 4 adults at any time.
*No more than 4 guests at the community pool.
