Pool Heat Pump-
There's an additional fee of $25 per day or $150 per week - we would need confirmation 3 days before your scheduled stay.
During the summer months the system can be run as well to cool the water approx 10° for that perfect summer swim.
Please note: A heat pump system won't be as effective if weather gets too cold.

Expectations not met

Great house space and great outdoor living space, but needs more upkeep and deep cleaning. The location was great. The host was very good to communicate with us and respond to some basic needs that we requested on arrival . Furnishings in the living room were very limited for a house advertised for 10. One chair and one couch for seating. The outdoor patio furniture and living area was not usable on arrival. Very very dirty. The host informed us there had been a dust storm a few days prior and offered us a leaf blower. We spent a good part of a day vacuuming cushions, cleaning furniture and the outside patio areas so we could enjoy our 3 week stay.

Nice place , needs some updating

Place was clean. Baths were acceptable. 2 of the 3 beds used were very worn out. We only found one remote for the Tv and it didn’t work, so no tv, not a big deal . Not having a working ice maker was a bummer but may be intentional . Air filter was very dirty and air handler struggled to get the house warm. Great location and safe neighborhood.
