If you’re a group of fifteen people, this holiday villa in Casabermeja will suit your needs. Spacious indoors and a gorgeous outdoor area make for a great holiday destination, where to relax and enjoy yourself with your beloved ones.

There are six bedrooms, decorated with picturesque wallpapers and enough space to ensure comfortable nights of sleep for all the guests. One bedroom is provided with one double bed; one comprises a double bed and one single bed, and another bedroom feature one double bed and two single beds. The other three bedrooms all have two single beds each. There also are two bathrooms with shower at the guests’ disposal.

Since this house is suitable for 15 people, the living area is spacious enough for all the guests to feel comfortable. There is a completely equipped open kitchen leading off into the dining-living room, characterised by an authentic stone fireplace and air-con. The rustic atmosphere you will soak up here ensures you and your family and friends enjoy the best and most relaxing holidays ever. The heating is provided throughout the house thanks to electric radiators. Lastly, the villa is also equipped with another living room with air-con and a small kitchen with a hob.

The outdoor area, which you can reach after going down a few steps from the front door, welcomes a huge private pool surrounded by a one-mt-high wall. An outdoor dining area lets you enjoy tasty meals surrounded by the smooth hills and olive yards typical of the countryside of Malaga.

The access to the house is made possible by a ten-mt-long unpaved lane.
During your stay at this villa, you'll be within walking distance of San Sebastian Cemetery. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. A private pool and a kitchen are available in the villa.

Wir haben einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, das Haus ist sehr gut geographisch gelegen, die Ruhe und die Sonne waren da. Wir hatten unser Fahrzeug, um nahe gelegene Städte wie Malaga, Torremolinos und Benalmadina über eine Autobahn zu erkunden, die leicht zu erreichen ist. Das Haus verfügt über die gesamte Ausstattung für einen schönen Urlaub. In dem Wissen, dass es neben dem Haupthaus ein Nebengebäude gibt, in dem zum Beispiel alle notwendigen Geräte für die Installation von Teenagern vorhanden sind. Perfekter Pool und regelmäßig gereinigt von Rodriguo, dem Besitzer, der uns willkommen geheißen hat. Er informiert uns bei Bedarf über alle nahe gelegenen Geschäfte oder Pizzerien. Ich empfehle das Haus, weil es für uns das erste Mal war, dass wir Spanien entdeckten und sehr schöne Erfahrung !!

la casa es perfecta. todo nuevo, muy limpio, muy cuidado tanto en el interior como el exterior , no le falta un detalle. los dueños son encantadores, para ser una casa rural el acceso es bueno ya que no tienes que coger ninguna carretera de tierra, esta todo asfaltado hasta el acceso a la finca. la zona es preciosa, esta cerca del pueblo por lo que se puede ir andando, una casa del todo recomendable.
