Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This was the first time my family and I left a property after arriving and paid to stay somewhere else. No response to communications. Door did not deadbolt. Gas container making loud noise and we could not understand what was going on. Glass rails on balcony cracked. Only two towels (one hand one body). One towel was dirty. Building was sketchy. We left due to safety concerns. Still no response from owner after sending numerous messages.
