Really great stay and very nice customer service from this luxury apartment hotel. They have clear check-in instructions, great communication and an airport shuttle option. The apartment is very spacious and extremely clean. Breakfast items are also provided, either you can prep it yourself or a housemaid can come prepare it for you. I was here only one night but it was nice and close to the airport. I wish the AC unit was more reliable and could be adjusted within the apartment, because it wasn't getting cold. Otherwise, it was a nice time.

Nice Apartment close to the Airport

Farid confirmed our stay ahead of time via WhatsApp. The host is very responsive. We didn’t know that the ride to and from the airport was included on our booking so that’s a plus. The host actually had to remind us that it’s included. Otherwise, the taxi to and from the airport will be 100 MAD. He also coordinated our round trip taxi ride to Casablanca with a reliable taxi driver Mr. Rachid. The apartment is nice like stated on the description.

The apartment is nice enough, but check-in was a huge pain in the neck. It took nearly an hour. Also, the air conditioning cuts out at about 2:00 AM and you cannot turn it back on again. The beds aren’t very comfortable. We could find no soap or dishcloth to wash dishes.
