The apartment was overall nice but with some concerning issues that the manager failed to help with or even acknowledge.The apartment had a cockroach and the air conditioner was not working the entire time we were there.The main issue however was with the presumed manager (Salwa).I don’t know if she is the owner or she manages the apartment for the owner. When we mentioned the problem of the AC not working in the middle of July with heat and humidity, her messages to us were very disrespectful, sarcastic and unprofessional.When we asked her if we change our booking for another place to stay,she stopped replying to our messages, either she is the owner or a manager she definitely doesn’t know how to run a business.I gave 3 stars not one trying to be non biased and because honestly I should have booked a hotel not a private apartment rented by owner that doesn’t care to fix an issue or even respond timely.
