I finally found the piece of paper with names of people to thank at the front desk. I had a problem charging my phone and the following people actually lent me their own chargers for an hour or two: one time in the evening and one time in the morning. Thanks to Mohammed (and Yasmine) and Abderrahmane! Thanks again to the terrific front desk staff! You help me a lot with the lending of the phone charger and you and me feel welcomed at the hotel. The only issues that I did not know about is that there was no heating in the room, only cooling. And I missed the information about the airport shuttle location -- but I finally found it and it was a terrific easy service to get to the hotel from the airport. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

I stayed here many times throughout the years, I am satisfied with the accomodations except the food. It's quality is less than satisfying and the service is rather poor. I understand the culture of the country; I was born and grew up here myself. I understand how most workers are disgruntled because of low wages and working conditions. However, this should not be a good reason to offer poor quality food with even poorer quality service. The other item that I think the hotel should pay attention to is pricing. Your overall prices are disproportionately high, particularly food and beverage ones.

The room was fine, what you need plus the shower was wonderful. Recycle bins in the room would help separate waste from recycle. All the staff we encountered were very polite and helpful.
