This was not what I expected from pix and 4* rating. Don't book this hotel there is much better hôtels in Casa.

Never to go back

I could not believe a room to be pink. Very UN FRIENDLY staff at from desk. Leave alone helping a guest, they would not answer a simple question. The front desk staff thought that they were doing a favour to the guest by booking and charging them.

Соотношение цены и качества меня удовлетворило. Постельное белье было кипельное, а вот полотенца оставляли желать лучшего. В общем отель не очень чистый, но, мне кажется у них это традиционно,т.к. в старом районе грязь по всюду. Если вы собираетесь оставаться в этом отеле, не забудте свое родное полотенце и тапочки.

Ajiad est bien au coeur de casablanca

mon séjour d'une nuit s'est bien passé au sein de l'établissement ajiad, l'accueil était digne des grand hôtels. le patron était très sympathique et agréable. le contact avec lui s'est très bien passé. niveau qualité/prix c'est rien à dire, un service irréprochable, chambre très clean et spacieuse, personnel très professionnel et sympathique et ils sont tous à l'ecoute et au service du client. j'ai hésité au début de loger dans cette hotel vu ce que j'ai lu sur les avis des autres clients mais j'ai été agréblement surpris de la qualité du service et la contradiction avec ce qui a été dit. j'ajoute à cela qu'il est bien situé au coeur de la ville de casablanca. à deux pas de la vielle medina et à proximité de tous les lieux et sites touristiques et commercial mais également economique. pour un business trip je mettai 5 min pour me rendre au lieu de la rencontre avec le client. vraiment c'estait excellent. la qualité de la nourriture était également irréprochable. à recommander++++
