This beautiful detached house on two levels, located on a hill 2 km from the little village of Casaprota, has been obtained from the restoration of an ancient farmhouse. On ground floor there are an ample living room with sofas and fireplace, dining room, well equipped kitchen, one double bedroom with bathroom and shower. On first floor: two double bedrooms, one with a French bed and two bathrooms with shower. The furnishing is nice and tasteful. There is a fenced in garden with swimming pool, barbecue are and porch with table and chairs, surrounding the house, which is approx. 20 km to Rieti and just 50 km from beautiful and “eternal” Rome.
