In the living area, in addition to the open kitchen and dining area, there are a fireplace and sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of a double bed, tv and stereo. Moreover, there is a closet and a full bathroom.

events in the heart of Salento, in a strategic position which allows you
to discover the inland with its beautiful old town centres and the
ancient farmhouses in the countryside.
The holiday home is a short drive away from the sea. The Ionian coast is 15 minutes` drive away. The closest beaches are Punta della Suina, Baia Verde, Mancaversa and Torre Suda.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory rent's price is euro 10 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 10 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
