Intervenuti i Carabinieri per fare il check-in

Ci è stato richiesto di compilare un questionario spacciato della Regione Puglia, in realtà un semplice form su GoogleModuli, senza nemmeno l'autorizzazione della privacy. Alla nostra richiesta di leggere la normativa ci è stato comunicato che quanto richiesto dall'email dell'hotel era la copia di quanto richiesto dalla normativa in vigore per la Regione Puglia. La persona al Check-In è stata perentoria: o compilavamo il questionario o non ci dava la camera. Ha fatto finta di chiamare la Regione (alle 23:30!!!!) quando invece parlava con il fratello, a quanto pare titolare dell'hotel, si è presentato direttamente in Hotel. Alla nostra domanda "scusi ma lei è della Regione Puglia" ovviamente abbiamo ricevuto risposta negativa. Nella mia vita non ho mai visto una scena così stupida. Verificato da web che non esisteva alcuna restrizione dalla Regione Puglia abbiamo chiesto un intervento dei Carabinieri che hanno visto insieme a noi il modulo senza privacy, non della Regione Puglia ma dell'hotel e hanno semplicemente comunicato che avendo pagato la camera e avendo dato i nostri documenti avevamo diritto alla nostra camera. Ho lasciato 300,00 euro di cauzione in contanti e finalmente abbiamo avuto le chiavi delle due camere.

Semplicemente TOP!!!

L hotel si presenta nel centro di un paesino vicino a Gallipoli dove regna la tranquillità e L ospitalità! Il signor Tonino ci ha riservato una camera/appartamento molto nella spaziosa, luminosa, maniacalmente pulita e con ogni comodità. Ma il vero pezzo forte sono i proprietari il signor Tonino e sulla sua dolcissima moglie! Ci hanno coccolato e consigliato su ogni tipo di richiesta, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa! I benvenuti! È stata un ‘ esperienza bellissima! Ritorneremo sicuramente!

SOGGIORNO DA FAR INVIDIA AGLI HOTEL 5 STELLE LUSSO

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel solo per una notte ma torneremo per l'estate. Pulizia, gentilezza del personale, confort, e tecnologia da far invidia ai migliori 5 stelle lusso. Colazione a buffet con dolce e salato freschissimo e fatto al momento. Le stanze sono enormi a noi hanno assegnato la più piccola ed era di circa 50 mq. Lo consigliamo a tutti, è un hotel eccezionale, ritorneremo in estate.

Un residence stupendo ,pulito , con un personale dal proprietario a chi pulisce estremamente cortese , disponibile e socievole è sorridente. Ero restio a prenotare perché casarano non è sul mare ma in realtà e stato meglio visto che i paesini sul mare non hanno neanche un bancomat mentre casarano è una cittadina con tutto.addirittura avevamo un supermercato a 20 metri dal hotel ed da 20 a 30 minuti di macchina hai una serie di spiagge che sono le migliori del salento ed grazie ad una superstrada in 30 minuti puoi spaziare da leuca a gallipoli .in oltre vorrei sottolineare che tutta la gente che ho trovato dal negoziante al parcheggiatore sono gentili e disponibili lo sottolineo perché essendo stato alcune volte sul gargano ed avendo avuto una serie interminabile di brutte esperienze avevo messo una Croce sopra la Puglia ,qui e proprio un altro ambiente un residence da 5 stelle meritate .

Appartamento veramente ampio

Soggiorno come da aspettative, pur avendo dovuto sottolineare che l'uso della cucina era incluso nella conferma della prenotazione (mentre alla reception si parlava di un errore di descrizione) e che il phon aveva la spina rotta (chiesta ed ottenuta la sostituzione). Il personale della reception è scomparso dopo il check-in e, per chiedere la sostituzione del phon, sono dovuto andare a citofonare all'adiacente casa del proprietario. L'entrata nell'apt climatizzato, così come nel residence, avviene tramite un'unica chiave elettronica che comanda l'impianto elettrico e che gestisce anche le tapparelle elettriche. Per prendere i bagagli dalla macchina, dovevo lasciare la famiglia al buio e senza poter aprire le finestre perchè altrimenti non avrei potuto aprire il portone d'ingresso (gli avvolgibili elettrici si chiudono automaticamente). Non è stato bello lasciare 2 volte al buio e senza aria il resto della famiglia (personale reception scomparso). L'apt è molto ampio e dotato di tutto. Le pulizie ben fatte. Il residence si trova nelle vicinanze della stazione ferroviaria e in pieno quartiere abitato. All'ora del check-out, l'aria condizionata viene spenta automaticamente e ti viene l'angoscia al pensiero che anche le tapparelle elettriche si debbano chiudere di lì a poco: meno male però che questo non è avvenuto.
