Fully
fenced and equipped with an electric gate, the luxury villa Domina 55
is a real gem where you can fully enjoy your vacations under the banner
of relaxation and well-being. The property has large outdoor spaces
planted with trees, a covered parking area and a beautiful lawn from
which the pool area stands out in the back.
Thepool area has a solarium as a backdrop, but also a spacious gazebo that provides shade for the outdoor cooking area,
equipped with an ice machine, barbecue and gas and a wood-burning oven,
as well as a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Behind the gazebo are
the outdoor showers and the bathroom complete with toilet and shower,
serving the pool.
The interiors of Domina 55 are spacious and
cozy, featuring brand new furniture, design elements and fine materials.
They are developed on two levels. An enclosed veranda with glass windows overlooking the pool is a comfortable living room enhanced by a fireplace with tempered glass.
The living room, furnished with dining table and chairs and a smart TV, overlooks the super-equipped kitchen . The living area is complemented by a service bathroom. On this floor there are, in addition, 2 double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms.
From the living room, convenient stairs lead to the upper floor, where the rest of the sleeping area is developed, consisting of 2 double bedrooms, also with en suite shower rooms.
The surroundings of Domina 55 in Casarano
The Domina 55 luxury villa stands just outside the town of Casarano,
a modern and lively town in the heart of Salento. The area is
particularly suitable for watching the starry sky of Salento`s summer
nights, so much so that there is also an important astronomical park
nearby.
A strategic, quiet location, but one that allows you to
reach all the most important destinations in Salento in just a few
minutes.
For sea lovers, the closest beaches are those of Baia Verde in Gallipoli, Pescoluse also
called the Maldives of Salento, and Lido Marini. Among the towns worth
visiting, with their beautiful seaside historic centers, are Gallipoli on the Ionian side, Castro and Otranto on the Adriatic side, and finally Santa Maria di Leuca.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
