The house has 4 bedrooms, distributed to guarantee a comfortable and practical stay. It has two rooms with single beds, one bedroom with a 150 cm bed and en-suite bathroom, and a spectacular master bedroom with a 180 cm bed, en-suite bathroom and private terrace. Additionally, the property offers 4 bathrooms in total, including an outdoor bathroom in the pool area, which provides extra comfort for large groups.



One of its great attractions is its spacious outdoor areas, designed to make the most of good weather. The property has a private swimming pool, garden, fenced plot, terrace, covered porch and gas barbecue area, creating the perfect setting for outdoor meals, group gatherings and moments of relaxation with complete privacy. It also has an ample parking area, with 1 indoor garage space and outdoor space for several vehicles.



Inside you will find a welcoming and very well-equipped home, with air conditioning and heating throughout the accommodation, fireplace, high-speed wifi via Starlink, washing machine, tumble dryer and several common areas ideal for sharing. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, so you won't miss any detail during your stay.

In just a few minutes by car you can reach Manilva, Casares Costa, Estepona, Sotogrande and several beaches on the Costa del Sol, as well as golf courses, parks and services.
