Excellent Property

The apartment is fantastic with everything we needed for our holiday. The location is ideal for Estepona, Sabinillas, Manilva, Duquesa and surrounding areas The neighbours above wash their balcony and the water runs out the drain and onto the apartment’s balcony - exactly where the table is located.

Loved the terrass and the big window that Connect you with the sea view . Aparment is cosy and comfortable with fully equiped kitschen and spices to use . We had good cooking moments . Nice with two bathrooms if you feel like taking a bath you can do that . We had a perfect stay in the apartment. The pillow in the bedroom are not so confortable.

Lovely apartment

Nice, spacious, lovely shower, fully equipped and comfortable, very close to the city would definitely stay again beautiful views The only things was that the sofa was dirty and had a lot stains which meant that unfortunately we didn’t use the sitting area at all, and the cushions were similar looked uncleaned also. One of The lights on the ceiling in the en-suite is loose however still worked as normal other than this the stay was 10/10 just a few domestic things that can easily be resolved by the cleaners

s. Titel Bitte bessere Wegbeschreibung in die Wohnung: den Block finden und die Parkbox, wie funktioniert das mit den Funkschlüsseln usw. Mehr Essbesteck bitte. Max. vier Personen (zwei Paare oder ein Paar und zwei Kinder). Fußweg zum Strand sind nicht 5, sondern 20 Minuten.

Preis/Leistung OK schöne ruhige Anlage wie ein Vorgänger in den Bemerkungen bereits erwähnt, sind dringend im Wohnzimmer Gardinen oder Jalousien wegen der Sonneneinstrahlung nötig. Balkonablaufder obigen Wohnung, geht direkt über den Terrassentisch in der Ferienwohnung war sehr störend.

Très bien située, pas loin de la mer et des magasins. Mettre des rideaux ou tentures car manque cruellement d’intimité dans l’appartement. On préfère est à l’abri des regards quand on se trouve chez soi.
