Spacious 4 Bedroom Townhouse in Bahia de Casares
This wonderful 4 bedroom townhouse is situated in the complex El Mirador del Mar, in the beautiful area of Bahia de Casares, Casares Costa. This pretty, multi levelled complex is styled on a Spanish village and offers a pool area with a large pool, sun loungers, parasols and a separate kids pool. There is parking on the plot. El Mirador del Mar is close to the prestigious golf courses in the area and is within a short drive to the beach and sea.
The townhouse is arranged over 2 floors and benefits from plenty of natural light flooding in from the patio doors and windows. The House is accessed via steps down from the communal area, there is also access through the garage leading out to the first floor. On the entrance level of the house there is a large hallway which leads into the spacious lounge/diner. The lounge area is fitted with a large corner sofa, TV, lounging chairs and gives access to the south-east facing terrace. The dining area is fitted with a dining table and chairs and also gives access to the terrace. The terrace is furnished with dining table and chairs, a BBQ, lounging chairs and terrace sofa and armchairs with matching coffee table. This terrace offers sensational views to the mountains and Mediterranean sea. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and benefits from a small breakfast area and access to the terrace. One of the bedrooms is on this floor and is furnished with a double bed and benefits from an en suite shower room and access to the terrace.
A stairwell leads down to the lower bedroom level and the bedroom terrace fitted with sun loungers and a double framed hammock bed. The first bedroom is fitted with twin beds and benefits from an ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace. The two other bedrooms are also fitted with twin beds and share a full guest shower room. The townhouse is equipped with A/C and free WiFi.
