Disliked: Cleanliness
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt zu wünschen über. Die Küche ist wirklich sehr minimalistisch ausgestattet. Draußen auf dem Balkon gibt es nicht genügen Sitzplätze, wir waren zu viert und mussten einen Stuhl von innen mit raus nehmen, jedes Mal, wenn wir draußen essen wollten. Die Klimaanlage ist defekt, sie wird zwar auch nicht bei der Ausstattung mit aufgelistet, wäre aber ein echtes Highlight, wenn diese repariert werden würde. Wir konnten durch Durchzug die Wohnung auch kühlen, allerdings wäre es mit einer Klimaanlage einfacher. Die Markisen auf dem Balkon können auch nicht mehr genutzt werden. Die Baustelle auf den Bildern war auch in diesem Jahr (2025) noch vorhanden, als kleiner Tipp. ;)Fabio ist sehr nett und begrüßt einen freundlich. Er gibt auch Restaurantempfehlungen, diese haben wir aber nicht getestet.

It was a very nice stay.

Nearly everything was perfect, the only thing that was not that good, the kitchen inventory. Mabye a few more kitchen tools and the thing is perfect.
