My second stayed here and Francesco greeted me . Checkin was very easy . Really enjoyed my stay the bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was very welcomed. The only addition for guest ( and this a suggestion not a complaint ) in terms of amenities would be an iron and ironing board . Would not hesitate to stay here again and totally recommend.

Great room, poor hospitality

Our room was lovely and very well appointed. Close to shops, restaurants and the Reggia di Caserta, walkable everywhere. What we didn’t care for was the lady at check in. The parking situation was a little chaotic and while we were trying to get settled in our room briefly she was rushing us to move the car. Then she told us we had to be out by 9am the next day when check out was supposed to be 10. Aside from her the room was fantastic!

Great location for central Caserta , the room was huge and spotlessly clean l. The bed made for a comfortable nights sleep . Host was really welcoming and I would not hesitate to book here again as well as recommend to others

Over all a good spot for the low price.

The room was immaculate & the breakfast foods were great but checking in was hard. You must notify them of your arrival time which I didn’t know so I had to wait 20 mins for someone to check us in upon arrival, & have an Italian translator handy since they don’t speak English.

Reggia e dintorni e' una struttura molto accogliente pulita e il personale e cortese e gentile. Situata nel centro di Caserta, non c'è bisogno nemmeno della macchina, e tutto a portata di mano. La stanza e bella, spaziosa, pulita, il letto e comodissimo e riposante. Il bagno molto pulito e accogliente Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questa struttura. Complimenti.

Great location and room

Large room, clean and without carpets on the floor and not cluttered. Nice sized and clean bathroom. Had everything I wanted and more. Happy to stay here again.
